About Event
We're releasing our Nextflow executor for Carolina Cloud, and we'll be running the whole thing live: a real genomics pipeline, start to finish, on our hardware — with the cost ticking up in real time so you can see exactly what it does.
Come watch, come heckle, come get your first pipeline running with us. Whether you're on AWS Batch today, wrangling a shared HPC queue, or just Nextflow-curious, drop in for any part of it. Ask us anything.
Plus, we need a name! Bring us you best and craziest ideas for a name of the executor - something better than 'The Carolina Cloud Nextflow executor". Winner gets free credits and a permanent spot in our docs.
