About Event

A weekly online ritual.
One hour. Four weeks. No excuses.

FoundHer is a 4-week, women-only accountability space for founders at the very beginning of their journey — building a company, project, or creative venture for the first time.

This is not coaching.
This is not an accelerator.
This is not motivational talk or surface-level networking.

FoundHer exists for women who are actually building and need structure, momentum, and peer accountability — not noise.

Think of it as your weekly team meeting
—for when you don’t yet have a team.

What This Is

  • A weekly, one-hour online check-in

  • The same group of women for all 4 weeks

  • A space to state goals out loud, track progress, and be held accountable

  • Honest conversations about momentum, resistance, and execution

  • Support without hierarchy, pressure, or performative success

Each Monday, we pause the noise, check in with reality, and recommit to forward motion.

You don’t show up to impress.
You show up to continue.

Who This Is For

FoundHer is for women who:

  • Are building a company, project, or creative venture for the first time

  • Work mostly alone and miss the energy of a team

  • Are tired of being told “the right way” to build

  • Want consistency, accountability, and emotional clarity

  • Are ready to commit for four consecutive weeks

If you want casual inspiration, this is not for you.
If you want momentum, this is.

Structure — What Happens Each Week (Strictly 1 Hour)

1. Check-In

Each participant shares:

  • How the week actually went (emotionally + practically)

  • Wins, blocks, and energy levels

  • One clear focus for the week ahead

Speaking goals aloud creates clarity and pressure — the useful kind.

2. Spotlight Share

Each week, 1–2 women have a 10-minute spotlight to:

  • Share a real challenge

  • Ask for input

  • Present what they’re building

The group listens first, then responds.

This is peer thinking, not advice from above.

3. Reflect

A short reflective prompt from the facilitator.
Optional journaling (5 minutes).
Brief sharing.

Building is not just output — reflection keeps direction intact.

4. Close & Commit

Each participant leaves with:

  • One concrete action for the week

  • Tasks documented and revisited in the following session

This is where accountability becomes real.

Commitment & Ground Rules

Please read carefully before joining.

  • This is a 4-week commitment.
By joining, you agree to attend all sessions.

  • Show up ready to take action.
This is about doing, not theorising.

  • Be on time and stay present.
One hour. Phones silent. No multitasking.

  • Listen with respect.
No fixing, no interrupting, no judgment.

  • Consistency matters.
This space only works if everyone treats it seriously.

If you decide to step away, inform the host. No explanations required — just honesty.

Between Sessions

A private WhatsApp group is used only for:

  • Light check-ins

  • Accountability

  • Session continuity

The invitation to this group chat will be shared during the meeting.

Before You Join

Ask yourself honestly:

  • Can I commit to four Mondays in a row?

  • Am I willing to show my work in progress?

  • Do I want accountability — not comfort?

If yes, you’re welcome here.

This is not a drop-in circle.
This is a 4-week ritual.

Reserve your seat only if you’re ready to show up.
