​Mentoring is more than formal programs, it is an everyday way to empower each other and share knowledge. Beyond structured sessions, mentoring can also take shape in small, spontaneous moments. A quick ten-minute conversation by the coffee machine or a short check-in during work can make a real difference. This is the power of micro-mentoring, and it is something every employee can offer, no matter their role or seniority.

​In this workshop, you will rediscover what mentoring really means. You will practice micro-mentoring techniques through simulation exercises, stepping into the role of “on the spot mentor” and reflecting on real-time feedback. Together, you will co-create a mentoring map for a virtual company, identifying mentoring needs, building mentoring personas, and suggesting practical ways to apply mentoring at work.

​By the end, you will have explored your own mentoring mindset, assessed your skillset, and designed concrete applications of micro-mentoring that can bring clear benefits to both you and your organization.
