​Hello Music is honoured to be hosting Maestra Sumi Jo’s upcoming Masterclass at Sofitel Melbourne on Collins. Our Director, “Miss Karen”, would love Hello Music students to enjoy this rare opportunity to see a world-famous performer up close as she coaches Australia’s next generation of opera stars.

​Attending a live masterclass can inspire students of every instrument-not only singers. They will discover how professional musicians refine their technique, interpret music, communicate emotion and develop confidence on stage. It is a wonderful opportunity to see that great performances are shaped through careful listening, preparation and a lifelong commitment to learning.

​Maestra Sumi Jo has performed at more than 120 opera houses around the world and is a Grammy Award-winning, internationally celebrated artist. She was also recently honoured with the Maria Callas Award in Italy.
