​With backgrounds in accounting, teaching and business analysis, Emily, Coen and Trish swapped city careers for 2,000 olive trees on 21 acres in North West Tasmania. Since then, they haven't looked back. Today, Wattle Hill Olives is a multi-award-winning grove producing single-provenance extra virgin olive oil that's grown, harvested and bottled entirely on-site, from branch to bottle.
