About Event

Identify Your Alpha.

The Founder Prosperity Forum is an invitation-only working forum for founders building the next generation of American infrastructure.

Hosted by Luminary Strategies and Mintz, the Forum brings together a select group of founders working across energy, power, AI infrastructure, grid modernization, storage, software, and adjacent technologies for one purpose:

to identify the strategic position their company can own in the infrastructure architecture of the future.

The best companies do more than solve a technical problem. They create a new layer of capability around themselves. Arushi Sharma Frank, Luminary's founder and principal, is activating multiple such companies in real-time: they are winning public trust, public purpose, and rising valuations. Mintz is supporting multiple such companies, co-enabling the activation work Luminary leads in markets: whether it is new grid rules, new commercial programs, or new unlocks for electron arbitrage. Spend some time with us if you're a founder in this space, bringing human resilience, AI adoption, electron arbitrage, and smart infra together. Ventures that have worked with Luminary's platform include Base Power Company, Emerald AI, V-Wire, Powertown, Agentic Infrastructure, and more.

Our Schedule:

October 28, 2026
Mintz | New York City

9:00–10:00 AM — Founder breakfast and roundtable with Arushi Sharma Frank and Steven Shparber

10:00 AM–4:00 PM — Private founder workshopping sessions with Arushi (40 min sessions + prior PPT/materials reviewed for discussion)

Mintz attorneys will also be available for optional conversations regarding legal, regulatory, financing, intellectual-property, and company-building considerations.

Your Investment

$5,000

Participation includes the Founder Prosperity Forum, advance review and analysis of your pitch deck and company narrative, and a scheduled 40-minute workshopping session with Arushi occuring during the 10 am-4 pm window. Once you register, we approve the registration after review, and if approved, you get an email with available slots to pick from. We have wiggle room, and if you miss it because you're a founder and life took over, your session will be rescheduled for a remote 1:1 and the morning forum materials will be shared. If there is one thing we do at Luminary, it is to be singular in our support for our founders' needs.

What We Will Work On

“The best language does more than describe a company. It reveals the market the company should own. If your company becomes extraordinarily successful, what becomes extraordinarily better because it did?”
— Arushi Sharma Frank

Arushi will work with participating founders to identify the prosperity layer beneath the company: the point at which technical capability, commercial strategy, market architecture, capital formation, and public purpose reinforce one another.

That means working through questions such as:

  • What can your technology do that the existing market does not yet properly recognize?

  • How have you resourced the company so its growth expands socioeconomic opportunity and creates new moats for social uplift?

  • How does your company move energy, capacity, compute, delivery risk, or economic value more intelligently across the system?

  • What elements of America’s existing competitive advantage become more capable because your company exists?

  • What public-purpose moat reinforces your private commercial moat?

  • What is your clearest day-zero story for investors, customers, strategic partners, regulators, and institutions?

And ultimately:

Where do you fit in Luminary's emerging Prosperous Infrastructure architecture?

For companies working in and around the power system, Arushi’s Chakra of Electron Arbitrage offers one way to see that architecture. Residential infrastructure, commercial infrastructure, delivery-risk management, capacity attribution, and compute may look like separate markets from the outside. Increasingly, they operate as connected layers of a system in which energy, capacity, risk, and computation can move to where they are most valuable.

The Forum gives founders an opportunity to locate their company within that larger system—and sharpen the business around that position.

Why Participate?

Early-stage companies are often very good at explaining what they built. The harder work is explaining why the world should reorganize around it.

Arushi’s work with founders begins there. She helps companies identify the technical capability that matters, the market architecture required to scale it, the commercial moat that can form around it, and the human-prosperity purpose that makes the company consequential beyond a single product cycle.
