About the event:

We’re kicking off the first UXR meetup of the year on March 5th — and this one is all about us!

The job market is shifting. The field is evolving. Many of us are navigating change, growth, uncertainty, or transition.

As UXR Meetup organizers in collaboration with the Employed World community, our intention this year is to re-energize and strengthen the UX research community in Berlin by creating spaces for real connection and honest exchange.

This session will be built around facilitated small-group conversations. Instead of a talk or panel, we’ll create a structured space to reflect on questions like:

  • What are the biggest challenges you’re currently facing as a UXR?

  • How is the role evolving — and what skills feel most important now?

  • Where does research struggle to create impact?

  • How do you stay relevant and continue learning?

  • What does the Berlin UXR community need this year?

The themes that emerge will help shape future UXR meetups throughout the year.

This gathering is for UX researchers at any stage — whether you’re job searching, leading teams, freelancing, transitioning, or just starting out. If you’re looking for clarity, meaningful connection, and a space to think together about what’s next, you belong here.

Join us in this community conversation and be part of building the next chapter of UXR Berlin.

About the Organizer

Employed.world is community of hiring managers, mentors, coaches, and job seekers in UX and product in Berlin/Germany. In the current job market, there are many highly capable people finding it hard to navigate the market and often feeling that the journey is isolated. No matter if you are a junior, mid-level, senior, new manager, or even a leader. Imposter syndrome, self-doubts, and often a lack of support are among the many hurdles one faces. On the other hand, we have so many professionals in UX and Product including working professionals, seniors, and mentors who would be happy to share their experiences and help someone in need. So we are attempting to increase the interaction between these two groups through our events.

You can join the community from our WhatsApp link invite which will be shared once your registration is confirmed.
