

Sentientist Afternoon: 7th December
Sentientism is a worldview summed up nicely by the motto: “Evidence, reason and compassion for all sentient beings”. These meet-ups are a chance to discuss strategies for moving the world towards one that better aligns with these values.
As religious education might soon be made part of the national curriculum, we thought education would be a nice topic for the next meet-up. The discussion will be around what we think the RE curriculum should include, what a Sentientist education system might look like more broadly, and practical steps we could take to help nudge the education system in that direction.
