[Interactive] Usability Testing Clinic

​What are we actually testing? I'm glad that people have been sharing their research plans in group crits, whether it's for discovery or for usability tests. I've noticed that a lot of the metrics are only quantitative or shallow. If you have had tests where the qualifier for success sounds something like, "Users can complete x task" without connecting it to the original user/job to be done, this may be a session for you.

​Note that this event won't provide a template or a checklist; rather, this workshop is meant to help change the way we think about usability tests.

​Please be sure to have a usability test and/or questions ready for this session. I will not be providing examples; I just know that I've seen usability tests recently where we had good discussions.
