​Code w/ Claude, Anthropic's developer conference happened last week, and we have Claude Fable 5 - Anthropic's latest public model.
This warrants a special edition.

​Our ambassador Dom Fretz was in Tokyo and will bring the updates straight to the meetup!

​Besides that, we have Haofei Feng and Stan Fan from the AWS team, showcasing their AWSLabs project cli-agent-orchestrator, an open-source multi-agent orchestration tool for AI coding CLIs such as Claude Code.

​As the Australian Ambassadors - Rye and Dom where invited to join the Anthropic Claude Developer conference in Tokyo. In this session, Dom will talk about the announcements, trends, and what happened since.

​18:40 – 19:00 | AWSLabs CLI-agent-orchestrator — Haofei Feng

​Haofei will talk about AWS Lab's multi-agent orchestration tool for AI coding CLIs such as Claude Code. CAO (pronounced "kay-oh") is a lightweight local orchestrator that sits between you and the CLI coding agents you already use. Instead of running a single agent at a time, CAO lets a supervisor agent launch, message, and coordinate multiple worker agents.

​19:25 – 19:45 | From Idea to App Store: Shipping a Real iOS App with Claude Code — Arthur Backouche

​Everyone's seen AI write a snippet of code. Far fewer have watched it ship a real, native app to the App Store. In this session I build a SwiftUI dating app backed by Supabase and StoreKit end to end with Claude Code, and show what the full workflow actually looks like. We'll connect the backend through Supabase MCP, encode brand and design rules in a CLAUDE.md Claude obeys on every edit, and run a screenshot feedback loop where Claude builds to the iOS Simulator, critiques its own UI, and iterates. Then the harder, honest parts: a failure reel of what went wrong, the security and Trust & Safety work a dating app demands; Row-Level Security, content moderation, report-and block and dedicated agents that build, test, and deploy to TestFlight.
