Codex Community Workshop - Kuala Lumpur

Running a one-person startup with Codex: Set up agents to work for you

A side workshop at Cradle LIVE! Summit 2026, hosted by Codex Community KL.

📅 4 Nov 2026 | 10AM - 12 PM
📍 The Arch Galeries, Kuala Lumpur

Running a company alone has never been more possible. That requires you to decide which work needs humans, and to build agents to handle the rest.

This workshop shows you how to do that with Codex.

We'll go through how to decide what tasks you should hand over to AI, and where your decisions matter more than ever. Then we'll show you how to set up Codex with the context it needs about your business, write the instructions and templates that make its output repeatable, and get your first agent running on a task you do every week.

What you’ll leave with

• A map of your business showing what to automate, what to supervise and what to keep

• A Codex setup that knows your business, ready to extend after the session

• One working agent handling a recurring task

Who it’s for

Founders, solo operators and early teams who want AI to take on real work, not just answer questions. You don’t need to be an engineer.

Bring

A laptop and one recurring task from your own business. It could be outreach, research, reporting or admin.

How to get a place

This workshop has 20 places, and each comes with a complimentary pass to Cradle LIVE! Summit 2026. Registration is by application. We’ll choose the 20 people we think will get the most out of the session, based on what you’re building and the task you want to hand over.

Applications close on November 2nd. Successful applicants will receive an approval on your registration here.

If you’d like to attend the summit without applying, or aren’t selected, you can buy a summit pass here: https://live.cradle.com.my
