queer jam (in a new home!)

​QUEER JAM IS BACK and in a glorious new home!

​we are SO lucky that our friends at conspire (an intimate, very special queer DIY space in bed-stuy) have opened their doors to us. we’ve watched the care with which they built their space (yes, even the speakers with their pristine sound) & are so excited to animate the room with some monthly queer + trans dance euphoria.

​we’re relaunching with a fierce drive to hone & expand our personal freestyle practices (across all styles), to discover our queer dancestors, to take turns practicing facilitating our friends’ growth, & to laugh break bread fall on our asses learn a new approach reconnect with ourselves & each other.

​bring a friend or two, all are welcome! cleo will be blessing the decks for us. eMBody will lead for September but we’re excited for this new season of facilitators.
