What happened last time
At Rocketlane's internal PS hackathon, teams built a voice-based timesheet tool, a settings copy tool that replicates configurations across environments, and a pre-kickoff interviewer that runs a voice conversation with stakeholders before the first call — all in under 5 hours. None of them wrote a line of code.
What you'll work on
Choose a problem track — or bring your own:
Customer onboarding — customers arriving unprepared, missing inputs, fragmented communication before kickoff
Delivery visibility — manual status reports, no real-time view of project health, escalations that come too late
Work execution — decisions and context lost after calls, unclear ownership, work duplicated across tools
