This panel brings together senior women leaders from AI, semiconductors, product strategy, service delivery, etc to explore what it really takes to lead in a high-growth environment. Through candid stories and practical lessons, our speakers will share how women leaders navigate ambiguity, build strong teams, influence across functions, and sustain momentum when the business is moving faster than the playbook.
Panelist:
1. Monika Gupta is a technology and business executive who holds a B.Sc. (Honors) in Physics. Her career spans global corporations like Broadcom and pre-revenue startups, where she built and scaled products from the ground up. Most recently, she served as a Vice President at Google, leading efforts to bring AI technology into everyday life.
2. Ginger Siedschlag is a seasoned technology and operations executive with more than 25 years of experience scaling high-growth organizations. As COO of Caylent from 2021 to 2023, she helped lead the company through a period of extraordinary expansion, with estimated annual revenue growing approximately 1,272%. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Onica during a period when the company achieved 800%+ revenue growth before its acquisition by Rackspace in 2019. Ginger brings firsthand experience navigating the operational, organizational, and cultural challenges of hypergrowth.
3. Yinyin Liu, Ph.D., is a technology executive, entrepreneur, and AI leader who has built products, teams, and businesses across startups and global technology companies. Most recently, as Vice President of AI & Analytics at Seismic, she led the company’s AI and Analytics organization and drove the transformation of Seismic platform-wide generative and agentic AI from early pilots into a commercial product line serving a large base of enterprise customers.
Previously, Yinyin was co-founder and CTO of XOKind and held AI leadership roles at Intel and Nervana Systems through its acquisition by Intel. Across these experiences, she has led through very different stages of growth, from building hands-on in a startup, to influencing at global scale, to founding a company, and to creating the organizational systems that allow teams and products to scale.
