​Sarah Jones Garibaldi is founder and CEO of Miss Jones Baking Co. Often referred to as the “Gen-Y Betty Crocker”, Sarah fell in love with baking at age two when she started baking from-scratch chocolate chip cookies with her mom. She started Miss Jones Baking Co. in 2015 with the goal of transforming the baking aisle with the first-ever better-for-you baking line. She launched organic baking mixes and frostings made with high quality ingredients she’d choose when baking from scratch, without all the chemicals and fillers you’d find in conventional brands. Today, Miss Jones Baking Co.'s product line-up includes her original organic baking mixes and frostings, in addition to Keto and Paleo mixes along with natural sweeteners and a new line of lower sugar baking mixes.

​Prior to starting Miss Jones Baking Co., Sarah had many summer lemonade and cookie stands, worked in a bakery and created a food blog. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a Masters in Accounting she held roles in finance at Apple and PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining Brit+Co as Head of Operations and Food Editor.
