About Event

About this event

A two-day interactive workshop designed for real estate sponsors, entrepreneurs, and fund managers who want to build scalable strategies for raising capital from individual investors at scale.

Tuesday, October 14: 12:00pm–1:30pm EDT
Wednesday, October 15: 12:00pm–1:30pm EDT

Both sessions will be recorded.

Over two 90-minute live sessions, you’ll learn how to design compliant retail fundraising vehicles, leverage digital marketing to attract investors, and build systems that scale beyond friends-and-family. You’ll walk away with frameworks, case studies, and actionable strategies to expand your capital base without losing focus on real estate execution.

Participants will receive pre-read materials, including sample offering structures, compliance checklists, and marketing frameworks, and gain post-course access to Circle, where we’ll share recorded videos, example investor funnels, and outreach templates.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Structure retail offerings — understand Reg A, Reg D 506(c), crowdfunding portals, and syndication platforms.

  • Build scalable investor funnels — apply digital marketing, content strategy, and CRM tools to generate a steady flow of prospects.

  • Communicate with retail investors — craft messaging and educational content that builds trust and reduces friction.

  • Design investor operations — set up systems for onboarding, KYC/AML, payment processing, and ongoing reporting.

  • Protect compliance and reputation — avoid common mistakes that lead to SEC issues or investor dissatisfaction.

You’ll leave with a roadmap to raise capital from hundreds (or thousands) of individual investors — and the playbook to do it efficiently and legally.
