From her early days at NB Power to more than 20 years with global technology leaders SAP and Microsoft, Micheline has worked on major technology and business transformation initiatives with governments, health authorities, and enterprise organizations across Atlantic Canada. Today, she leads business development at Fredericton-based Climative, helping organizations address climate-related challenges through innovative technology solutions.

About the Speaker:
A bilingual Acadian and New Brunswick native, Micheline Joyce has built a career spanning more than 30 years in technology, business transformation, sales and business development.
She began her career at NB Power, gaining experience in operations and project management before moving into technology sales. She went on to spend more than 20 years as an Account Executive with global technology leaders SAP and Microsoft, working with major public-sector and enterprise customers across Atlantic Canada, including provincial governments, health authorities and utilities, on large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives and complex, multi-year agreements.
For the past nine years, Micheline has worked in the clean technology and startup sector, helping develop new markets, build partnerships and bring emerging solutions to customers. Today, she leads business development at Fredericton-based Climative, a Canadian climate technology company working with financial institutions, insurers, utilities and governments.
Beyond her professional career, Micheline serves on the Board of Directors of UNI Financial, Canada’s first federally regulated credit union. She previously served for seven years on the Board of the Chalmers Foundation and has been actively involved in her community, including leading fundraising initiatives for new playgrounds at École Sainte-Anne and École des Bâtisseurs in Fredericton that have been enjoyed by thousands of children over the past 20 years.
