Free Residential Green Waste Disposal — WUI Residents

📅 Designated days through July 2026 | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

📍 Neal Road Recycling and Waste Facility, (1023 Neal Road, Paradise, CA 95969)

Butte County residents living in the Wildland Urban Interface can drop off residential green waste for free on designated days — no cost, no appointment needed.

Residents haul and unload their own material. When you arrive, let front gate staff know you live in the WUI and bring a valid ID.

Not accepted: commercial green waste, trees/branches larger than 24" in circumference, stumps, rocks, boards, or trash. If material is in bags, bags must be emptied on site and taken back with you.
