Across manufacturing, logistics, aviation, food and beverage, data centers, advanced equipment, infrastructure operations, and industrial systems, companies are facing the same question:

Within roughly 50 miles of CVG, Southwest Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana operate as one connected industrial corridor. That is why we are convening the CVG Technician Roundtable: an industry-led Technician Economy™ activation focused on helping employers convert technician demand into skilled technician capacity.
This is not a traditional workforce meeting. It is a working session for employers and regional partners ready to make technician demand visible, align training to real roles, reduce fragmentation, and move candidates into skilled technician jobs with advancement potential.
