Working Waterfronts Part 2: Green Manufacturing and Diversified Workforce

​Maritime and manufacturing industries are evolving rapidly to meet the needs of the blue and green economy. Solutions to the most complicated problems involve new technologies and a diverse workforce.

​In this session we hear from change-makers from the business, non-profit, and education sectors that are advocating for industrial lands, skilled and diverse workforce, and leveraging regional strengths to help the Pacific Northwest emerge from this transition as a global leader in the maritime and manufacturing sectors.
