チケットのキャンセルは、開催30日前まで受け付けます。Lumaでキャンセル後、運営にお問い合わせください。

チケット種別によらず、金額の10%を手数料として差し引いて、返金します。返金されるまでの期間は、決済サービスの規定に準じます。

Ticket cancellations are accepted up until 30 days before the event. After canceling via Luma, please contact the organizers. No cancellations will be accepted after this deadline.

Regardless of ticket type, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund processing time will depend on the payment service’s policies.
