OX is a brand-side-only community for senior operators across ecommerce, digital, product, technology, data, ops, CX, merchandising and commercial.
OX2 is the second event in the series. After OX1 sold out in Manchester, we asked the room what they wanted more of. The answer was clear: more real examples of what brands are actually building and time to apply it to your own context, guided by experts.
So that's what we're doing.
The day
A mix of some inspiration and theory, on to show and tell from brands in the room, and structured time to clinic the workflows with the tech partners helping make them work.
You'll hear directly from operators on what they've built, what worked, what didn't, and what's still on their list. Expect specific tools, specific workflows, and honest commentary on the bits that are still hard.
