β€‹πŸ—“ September 18, 2026
πŸ•˜ 9:00 – 10:00 am CEST

β€‹πŸŽ™οΈ Meet our speaker:
πŸ”Ή Hiren Turakhia – Accenture

β€‹πŸ“Œ This presentation explores how an AI-native assistant can author and optimize DFMEA and PFMEA across the full product lifecycle, connecting engineering know-how with historical failure data and proven best practices.

β€‹πŸ” FMEAs today are held back by subjective ratings, poorly tracked actions, and static documents that are rarely updated, with up to 80% of workshop time spent on admin and rating debates instead of engineering. The session shows a different approach: multi-agent authoring of the structural and functional analysis, RAG-based retrieval over legacy FMEAs, REX and field data with citations, a structure tree linked to BOM and 3D-CAD, and human-in-the-loop approvals with data-driven S/O/D ratings. The result: up to 75% less FMEA effort, 100% methodology consistency, and FMEA expertise that moves from a few senior experts into a living, reusable corpus.
