Paula Cipierre is the Global Head of Privacy at HCLTech, a global technology company providing digital, engineering, cloud, and AI services and products to clients across various industries. Previously Director of Data Ethics & Innovation at ada Learning GmbH and Head of Privacy & Public Policy at Palantir Technologies, she has spent more than a decade researching and working at the intersection of data protection, data ethics, and the digital world.
Paula holds degrees from Princeton University (BA summa cum laude), the Hertie School of Governance (MPP), New York University (MA), and the University of Edinburgh (LLM with distinction). She is a certified privacy, information security management, and AI governance professional.
Paula is co-author of the book From Artificial to Augmented Intelligence, which explores the role that art can play in shaping the future with software. Paula lives and works in Berlin.
