​In this session, we’ll begin with a guided mid-year reflection and intention setting, creating space to look back on the past months and gently realign with what you want for the rest of the year.

​From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath, where the soothing tones of singing bowls invite your body into a state of rest. As layers of sound and vibration ripple through you, the mind softens, and your intentions can settle more deeply within.
