Balance, Energy & Ease
A practical, accessible workshop in nervous system regulation.
Most of us move through the day without really understanding what’s happening in our bodies. We just know when we feel wired, overwhelmed, stuck in our thoughts, or at times flat and low in energy.
This workshop is an introduction to your nervous system, and how it shapes the way you feel, think and respond to the world around you.
This workshop may be particularly helpful if you:
often feel wired, overwhelmed or “on edge”
find it difficult to switch off or get stuck in overthinking
notice periods of low energy, flatness or disconnection
want to understand your body better and feel more in control of how you respond to stress
We’ll explore the basics of stress and regulation, including polyvagal theory, before turning the focus inwards to help you recognise your own patterns and the subtle signs of different states in your body.
Alongside this, you’ll be introduced to a range of practical tools which will be woven throughout the session, including breathwork, simple body-based practices, posture resets and ways of working with your environment.
The aim isn’t to give you a long list of things to do, but to help you build your own personalised toolkit - something that feels relevant, accessible and sustainable in your day-to-day life.
There will be space to reflect, share (as much or as little as you like), and ask questions throughout.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a clearer understanding of how your nervous system works, and practical ways to support yourself towards more balance, energy and ease.
No prior knowledge or experience is needed.
Early booking rate £35 available for the first few spaces, after which tickets will be £45.
