Alive Together: A Climate Wellbeing Gathering for Mind, Body, and Belonging
Alive Together is a full day for people who want to feel their way into the climate work, not just think their way through it. We’ll move through grief and into courage. We’ll use our bodies as instruments of knowing. We’ll remember that we were never meant to do this alone.
The morning opens inward. Through somatic practice, embodied movement, and guided reflection, we’ll name what we’re carrying – the grief, the love, the overwhelm – and let it move through us rather than stay lodged inside. We’ll honor the tension of staying present with pain while also noticing sparks of possibility that invite action. Together, we’ll witness ourselves and each other, learning how our emotions can guide rather than weigh us down. We’ll also attune to the Earth, listening for her wisdom and grounding ourselves in her resilience, remembering that we are part of a larger web of life.
The afternoon turns outward. Ritual, collective intention, and the particular kind of courage that only emerges in community become our compass. From inner aliveness to outer action. From feeling to being. In this shared space, small, grounded choices ripple outward, connecting personal insight, Earth’s guidance, and meaningful engagement in caring for our planet.
Alive Together is co-created and led by a collective of therapists, climate activists, and authors, each bringing their own lineage of healing, storytelling, and ecological relationship. Meet your co-facilitators:
