Zoom in on ADHD: Perception of ADHD and neurodivergence in the workplace (how "safe" are we, really?)
Most workplaces now say the right things about neurodiversity. But do people with ADHD, dyslexia and other neurodivergent minds feel safe enough to disclose, ask for what they need, or have a bad day without it counting against them?
This session looks honestly at how ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia are seen at work, from disclosure and performance reviews, to meeting culture and the jokes nobody challenges. We will get practical about what employees, managers and leaders can actually change. Leave with a short checklist of changes you can make on Monday.
