At Ricoh Asia Pacific, she leads regional security governance initiatives covering areas such as ISMS, risk management, audits, compliance, third-party risk, security policies, and AI governance.
Having worked with organisations including Alliance Bank, PwC, Accenture, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), and OCBC Bank, Sheena brings a wealth of practical industry experience in translating governance requirements into effective security controls and building cyber resilience.
Passionate about developing cybersecurity talent and empowering the next generation of professionals, Sheena also actively supports women in cybersecurity and greater diversity within the profession.
