🔥 Grillen, our favorite format is back
This time Altek AI is on the grill. They run a hotel agent in production with solid traction, and they care a lot about reliability and guardrails on the agent side. We get to grill them on the how: the architecture, the stack, what has cracked hard problems for them, and the questions they are still wrestling with.
Come curious. Come sharp. Bring the hard questions.
💬 After the grill: building an organisational brain for AI
When the grill winds down, Jostein takes us into the main discussion: how do you build a shared "brain" for AI work, so people stop reinventing the wheel alone?
How do we share and improve base-prompts, skills, harnesses and guardrails across developers? And not just developers: the same thinking applies to sales, support, ops and onboarding. How do you build a shared brain for the whole org, not only the dev team?
Questions we will put on the table:
• How do you share skills and prompts between people today? CLAUDE.md, a shared repo, nothing yet?
• What have you tried that did not scale past 2 or 3 people?
• Where do you put your guardrails? Review, pre-commit, sandbox, agent permissions?
This ties straight back to Altek: their guardrails on the agent side and your guardrails on the dev side are two layers of the same conversation.
If we have time, we can branch into:
• War stories on RAG, semantic search, embeddings, vector DBs, prompt engineering and fine tuning.
• Local and self-hosted models for specific loads, a natural bridge if cost or latency comes up in the Altek grill.
Bring your own experience. The best parts are the detours.
