Her experience spans hardware, SaaS, gaming, IT, AI, and crypto, representing high-profile clients such as Epic Games, Zappos, PopSugar, and Mimosa Networks. Tabetha has held senior leadership roles, including General Counsel, Chief People Officer, and Chief Business Officer, providing strategic guidance from startup inception to acquisition.
She supports companies across the US with their day-to-day legal needs, including contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, employment matters, and risk management. Whether navigating complex legal frameworks or structuring deals that drive growth, Tabetha ensures businesses operate with confidence and efficiency.
