About Event

Queer Crayon Club is hosting a workshop series for queer adults in the DMV!

Lyn will teach attendees how to make crochet flower appliques which can be used as a decorative patch, as a keychain, or strung together into garlands. It is intended for beginner crocheters with limited experience. The first hour will focus on the basic stitches and techniques needed for this craft, and the second hour will focus on crafting the crochet flower applique itself. Examples of how this applique can be used will be provided, as well as the pattern for participants to take home if they aren't able to finish in time or wish to create more!
