‘Green Careers’: Building Employment Opportunities for Ethnic Minority young people in Cardiff
ProMo Cymru is supporting the development of partnership approach, to bid for Sustainable Steps Wales Green Careers programme, funded by dormant assets delivered by the National Lottery Community Fund
Come to network, and learn more about the application process, to support young people from Ethnic Minorities to gain work experience and potentially jobs in the Green economy.

Green Economy explanation:
By the Green Economy we mean work that has an environmental aspect. The definition can be quite wide, and can include examples such as:
Environmental Organisations
Public Transport
Waste management
Campaigning
Manufacturing and installation
Support to organisations to recycle.
Refreshments: Refreshments, and a light lunch will be provided from 1pm. Please ensure when registering, you include any information about any dietary requirements.
Expenses: Your organisation will be able to claim £40 expenses for your attendance. If there any additional expenses that may arise, please get in touch with us.
