About Event

A nervous system reset through breath, sound, and intention.

Event Description

Step into Sacred Echo — a weekly space to release accumulated tension, clear mental noise, and enter your week with grounded clarity.

This experience is not tied to any one religion or belief system. Across cultures and traditions, humans have long used breath and sound to regulate the body, calm the mind, and reconnect to what matters most. Sacred Echo brings these timeless practices into a modern, welcoming container.

Through guided vocal toning, mantra-based chanting, and reflective integration, we move through two powerful phases:

Release — letting go of what no longer needs to follow you into the week
Receive — consciously inviting the qualities you want to embody

Expect a calm, intentional atmosphere with moments of collective resonance, stillness, and gentle reflection.

Participants often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more resourced to meet the week ahead.

No singing or meditation experience is required. Come as you are.

Who This Is For

Sacred Echo is for founders, creatives, professionals, and anyone who wants to:

• Start the week from clarity instead of overwhelm
• Release stored stress and mental tension
• Experience the grounding power of group sound
• Build a consistent weekly reset ritual
• Connect in a calm, intentional community space

All backgrounds, beliefs, and experience levels are welcome.

What We’ll Experience (Flow of the Evening)

Arrival & Soft Landing
Ease into the space with ambient sound and gentle grounding.

Guided Singing & Intention Setting
Gavan will guide the group through gentle vocal warmups using the classical scale (Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Da Ni Sa) accompanied by harmonium. This practice helps open the voice, settle the nervous system, and activate the throat center for expression and release.
We will also set a personal intention for what we are ready to let go of.

Release Chant (with mala)
A steady, grounding repetition to support emotional and energetic clearing.

Collective Reflection Circle
Optional sharing and guided journaling to integrate what surfaced.

Receive Chant (holding hands)
A heart-centered group resonance to consciously invite clarity, peace, and strength for the week ahead.

Closing Integration
Final reflection and a simple journal prompt to carry the energy forward.
