What does the embrace in tango entail?
Contact, closeness, distance, technique, consent, longing...
What does it mean for me and what does it mean for my partner? Where do our expectations meet and where are the differences? We will explore the status quo and whether we have the language to communicate with each other in order to bridge the differences.
We will be joined by a special guest and a special human Silas Ramirez. He is a professional tango dancer and teacher from Chile and will be sharing with us his experience and views.
Tango dancers Alla Petcheniouk and Jesus Acosta are holding a space and inviting dancers around the world to join a circle to explore and dive into how dancing tango makes us feel and how we want to feel it.
