Beyond the Algorithm: The Human Side of AI

​Everyone is talking about AI technology. Few are talking honestly about the humans navigating it. IDEO is convening a small group of senior executives, founders, investors, and AI practitioners for a frank conversation about the real considerations within AI transformation — the ones that don't show up in tech roadmaps. What motivates people to embrace change? What holds organisations back? How do we help people find their place in an AI-enabled future — and equip them to thrive in it?

​We want to explore what could be keeping leaders up at night: from workforce anxiety and cognitive offloading, to questions of identity, purpose, and what meaningful work looks like when AI does more of the doing.
