About Event

What happens when the most accomplished Indian minds in Germany sit down with German political leaders, business executives, and academics - and speak openly about the future?

Join us to find out.

German Indian Leaders in Dialogue is a high-level evening of conversation, connection, and candour - hosted by the India Federation of Germany and supported by the Consulate General of India, Munich. Senior voices from politics, business, and academia will speak openly about the Germany-India relationship, the diaspora's role in it, and the opportunities ahead. Followed by an intimate networking dinner.

The Indian diaspora in Germany is one of Europe's great untold success stories. Over 300,000 people of Indian origin contribute an estimated €15+ billion annually to the German economy - leading research institutes, building companies, shaping policy, and staffing hospitals. As Germany and India deepen one of the most consequential bilateral partnerships of our time, this community is not a footnote. It is the living bridge between two great democracies.

Why Attend

Germany and India are entering a new era of strategic partnership - spanning trade, green technology, artificial intelligence, and talent. As both nations deepen their relationship, the Indian diaspora stands at the centre of that story: not as bystanders, but as the living bridge between two great democracies.

This event is your opportunity to be in the room where that bridge is being built - to connect with the people shaping it, and to be part of the conversation that defines what comes next.

Who Should Attend

This event is for diaspora leaders, professionals, and community members who believe the Indian community in Germany has an important role to play - in business, in politics, and in the bilateral relationship between two great nations. Whether you lead an association, run a company, work in academia, or simply care deeply about where this community is headed - you belong in this room.
