​Scaling a company is a lonely journey that changes more than just your organizational chart; it changes how leadership feels. While most founder events focus on fundraising or early-stage tactics, the Founders On The Edge Club, a collaboration between InnerEdge and Epicenter, addresses the leadership, identity, and operational complexity that comes with growth. This is a private circle for founders navigating the transition from doing to leading and letting go of control.

​On Wednesday, May 20, 2026, we are hosting an off-the-record, facilitated roundtable at Epicenter Helsinki specifically for founders of scaling companies. We will explore the theme "What Changes When You Scale," focusing on where leadership feels heavier today than it did twelve months ago. This is not a networking event or group therapy; it is a curated forum for peers to exchange real situations and gain practical insights.

​Attendance is free, but participation is highly selective to ensure a trusted group of founders at a similar stage of growth, typically those with €800k+ revenue and 10+ employees. Our goal is for every participant to leave with at least one concrete leadership shift for the next 90 days. Because we prioritize high-quality peer connections, we conduct a short interview with all applicants to ensure a mutual fit.
