Build a Support Agent That Knows Your Business
A support bot that's usually right is worse than no support bot. Customers can forgive waiting until Monday. They don't forgive being told something confidently false about their own account by a machine wearing your logo. Which is why the interesting work here isn't the answering — it's the grounding and the handoff. This session I'll build a support agent that answers from your actual documentation rather than from what a model remembers about businesses like yours, and that recognizes the edge of what it knows and passes the conversation to a person instead of guessing. We'll wire it to real docs live and then try to break it: the question the docs don't cover, the question that's really a refund request, the customer who's angry three messages in. Where it hands off is a decision you make, not a setting, and I'll show how that decision gets encoded. **You'll leave with:** a support agent wired to your own knowledge base. **Format:** 60 minutes building, 20 minutes questions, then whoever wants to stay and build sticks around.
This will be in person, seats are limited.
