​Join Paula on Saturday, January 17, for a beginner-friendly Dance & Connect session — a space to reconnect with your body, embrace your femininity, and meet like-minded women.

​Dance session at a studio in Barceloneta: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
lunch at Anis Cafe: 1:30 PM

We’ll explore body connection, self-expression, and confidence through mindful grounding exercises, feminine movement inspired by Dancehall & Commercial, power walks, and a short choreographed routine.

​This space is open to all women — no dance experience needed.
Just bring water and wear something comfortable that makes you feel good. Loose clothing always works best ♡
