We’re delighted to host Gilles Chemla, Director of Fintech at Imperial College, for a deep-dive presentation on how London and the UK are falling behind on digital currencies.
Gilles will share insights from his recent report “Mind the Gap: How Stablecoins Can Secure the UK’s Financial Future” and explore what’s needed for the UK to catch up.
Gilles, along with co-author Zhengming Li (PhD student at Imperial) and Olusiji Sanya (CEO of Farntech Ventures) will then hold a panel. They will take questions from the audience and discuss the implications of the paper's findings.
