Vercel x Plain - Fireside Chat

​Plain and Vercel run on each other. Vercel's Customer Support Engineering team moved off Salesforce Service Cloud and onto Plain in 2025. Plain is built on Next.js, deployed on Vercel, with Vercel's engineering guidelines baked directly into the codebase. This fireside chat exists to tell that story publicly, from both sides, with the people who actually made those decisions. Most vendor-customer events are thinly veiled marketing. This one has a specific, verifiable point to make: when developer-focused companies are picking their own tools, they reach for the things that are built the same way they build. That's what this conversation is about.
