​​Hear Me Out is an in-person music discovery club, with the aim of facilitating music discovery that de-centers algorithms and re-centers recommendations from real people.

​There’s a lot of ICE on the streets right now, and idk about y’all but we’re sick of it. In the wake of I.C.E’s heightened activity across the US, we’re spending our first meeting of the year celebrating the immigrant community. This month’s theme is “Heat Melts ICE”: and we’re asking you to share a song from an artist with roots outside of the US.

​Join us at @vowels once again on Wednesday, March 4th at 6PM. The event is free to attend as always, but we’ll be collecting donations via a pay-what-you-wish model this time, with all proceeds going to the Immigrant Defense Project, an organization focused on keeping families together and ICE off our streets.

​The event starts at 6:00pm. Light refreshments will be provided.
