About Event

As AI moves from being a tool to becoming a collaborator, a new kind of partnership between humans and machines is emerging — one that’s reshaping how we work, create, and connect.

During this breakfast panel, we’ll explore The Human–AI Alliance: how humans and AI can complement one another to spark creativity, enhance performance, and strengthen the human experience at work and beyond.

Together with our panel, we’ll discuss:

  • What true collaboration between humans and AI looks like

  • How to keep the human touch where it’s needed most

  • What this shift means for the way we work and live

Panelists

Paula Petcu — CEO & Co-Founder, Interhuman AI
Paula is a leader and technologist building social intelligence for AI systems. With a decade of experience across health tech and digital therapeutics, she now leads Interhuman AI, which enables AI to interpret human behavioral signals in real time, from facial expressions to tone of voice.

“For AI to collaborate with humans as true partners, it must understand the nuance of human interaction.”

Arjun Nair — Co-Founder, Great Learning
Arjun is the Co-Founder of Great Learning, a global EdTech platform that scaled to over $100M in revenue and reached 12 million learners across 170+ countries. He holds an MS from Duke University and an MBA from MIT Sloan, where he was awarded the Legatum Fellowship for entrepreneurship. At Great Learning, he helped build one of the world’s leading platforms for AI and future-skills education.

Recognition: Speaker at Stanford, MIT Sloan, and Columbia · BW Businessworld 40 Under 40 · MIT Sloan Legatum Fellow.

Rodrigo Figueiredo — Product Manager, UpSpeech
Rodrigo is a product manager building UpSpeech, a platform helping people who stutter (like himself) practice more effectively by bringing speech, emotion, and social context together to make speech therapy more continuous and supportive.

Before this, he worked in product and innovation roles at Accenture, Bank Leumi, and BMW, and helps support founders as a Startup Grind community leader. He believes that the best products start with listening: to users, to data, and to your own intuition.

Moderator: Petra Sundell, Founder of Upbeater
Petra is the founder of Upbeater, the company behind the Human–AI Managers, Marketing Maggie and Sales Sara, which support teams in marketing and sales. She's currently leading the development of new Human–AI collaboration models, and is passionate about how humans and AI will increasingly learn from, support, and amplify one another in work and life.

She believes the future of AI isn’t about replacing humans, it’s about freeing us to be more human.
