About Event

An exchange for advanced AI builders to share how they build, deploy, and debug autonomous agent systems — using tools like Claude Code, OpenClaw, Codex, and beyond. This event is for advanced builders, but beginners are welcome as observers.

TL;DR

  • Landscape discussion: What tools and approaches is everyone using right now?

  • Practical project exploration: Real projects shown under the hood, explored and discussed by the room.

  • Breakout groups: Focused discussions on specific technologies, chosen by the group.

  • Advanced focused: Come ready to share what you're building.

Agenda

  1. Landscape Overview & Group Discussion (30 mins)

    • The organizers will kick off with a brief presentation on the current landscape of agentic tools, frameworks, and theoretical approaches. We'll touch on the shift towards autonomous systems and modular "Skills" architectures.

    • This transitions into an open group discussion where everyone shares what approaches, stacks, and tools they are currently building with—from using Anthropic's new Claude Code and Claude Cowork, to self-hosting OpenClaw, or deeply integrating Codex and other agentic models into their workflows.

  2. Practical Project Exploration (45 mins)

    • A highly practical session where 2-3 builders showcase a specific project or architecture they are working on.

    • We will go in-depth under the hood: looking at code, workflow diagrams, or specific failures, while the room acts as a collective brain to critique, debug, and suggest improvements.

  3. Technology Breakout Groups (30 mins, optional — if there is interest and time)

    • We will break into smaller groups (or remain as one group if under 10 people) to discuss specific, trending technologies selected dynamically by the room.

    • Topics could include:

      • Coding & General Agents: Claude Code vs. Codex, Cursor, and the rise of desktop agents like Claude Cowork.

      • Open Source & Local Agents: Self-hosting highly capable open-source counterparts like OpenClaw.

      • Agent Frameworks & Extensibility: Building and distributing modular AI "Skills", Swarm architectures, and tool orchestration (LangGraph, etc.).

  4. Drinks & Connect (Remaining Time)

    • Open conversation over drinks to continue the deep technical discussions. We will close the space around 21:00, and encourage continuing the conversation at the nearby "Trödler" bar.

Instructions

  • Please answer the technical questions asked during registration to help us curate the right breakout sessions and peer reviews.

  • The venue is in Kreuzberg near Kotti. The concrete venue address will be released after approval.
