​Speaker: Mark L. Quinn has held senior level positions in organizations involved in community development, entrepreneurship, and small business finance for more than 25 years. He presently serves as the Conrad N. Hilton Endowed Chair in Entrepreneurship at Xavier University of Louisiana where he founded the Entrepreneurship Institute which includes a business incubator for students.
