Wake up with us at The Sunrise Club 🌅 a gentle, energizing start to the day where we connect with ourselves, the sea, and each other. If you’ve ever wanted a morning that feels calm, fresh, and full of good energy, this is for you.
We’ll begin with guided breathwork 🌬️ and a short meditation 🧘♂️ to center and energize. Then we’ll move together with light social training 💫 and, for those who feel like it, enjoy a refreshing dip in the sea 🌊.
It’s a relaxed, inclusive space, whether you’re new to these practices or a regular. You’ll leave feeling grounded, connected, and ready to take on the day 🤍
Then we stay and enjoy a Sunrise Picnic on the beach
Everyone brings something small to share, fruit, coffee, snacks and we enjoy it together by the sea 🌊🍓☕
