​Ammon Brown is Head of Growth at Workmate Labs, where he leads product-led growth and go-to-market for AI tools that help professionals manage scheduling and work more effectively. With a background spanning roles like VP of Product Growth at SecurityScorecard and growth leadership at multiple startups, he has driven significant user growth, viral product adoption, and several successful exits as Head of Growth. Based in New York and a University of Washington graduate, Ammon is known as a “Swiss Army knife” marketer, combining data-driven strategy, experimentation, and hands-on execution across product, marketing, and growth.​

​Max Bernardy is a New‑York‑based product and engineering leader building digital‑first financial services. As Co‑Founder and former Chief Technology Officer of Titan (YC S18), he helped launch a modern investment platform designed to bring institutional‑grade investing tools to everyday users, and he now serves as Vice President of Product and Engineering at Workmate, leading product and engineering strategy at a high‑growth fintech startup.
