Korean Food Night for Founders: Kimbap + Makgeolli & Soju Tasting (w/ Corgi + Cooley LLP)!
Vibranium Labs and Corgi are hosting a small, intimate evening in NYC for founders (sponsored by Cooley LLP).
20 dining seats; one table’s worth of conversation, and good food.
We’ll share fresh kimbap and a guided makgeolli (Korea’s lightly sparkling, slightly sweet rice wine) + soju with Head Chef of Rollover Kimbap, Junhee Park.
There are no slides or pitches. With only 20 founders, you’ll actually get to talk to everyone in the room.
What to expect
Kimbap spread: hand-rolled kimbap with vegetarian options.
Makgeolli & Soju tasting: a guided flight of a handful of varieties, with a short intro to each. Non-alcoholic options are available.
A small room: 20 guests, which means real conversations instead of working the room.
Light hosting: a quick hello from Vibranium Labs, Corgi, and Cooley LLP, then we eat, drink, and talk.
