ininin – Elephant Carpaccio by Christian Grümme
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll take a seemingly simple product idea and slice it into a dozen or more ultra-thin, user-valuable increments, then build and ship them in rapid iterations. Based on Alistair Cockburn’s well-known exercise, it shows how small vertical slices speed up feedback, cut risk and make prioritization clear. You’ll leave with a practical feel for breaking down any “elephant” in your backlog, whether or not you write code.
Play Rules 🎲
✅ Try, Fail, Share: This is a hands-on format—don’t just watch. Try out methods, make mistakes, and share what you learn. That’s where the value lies.
✅ Show Up or Miss Out: If you sign up but don’t show up without telling us, we might not allow future participation.
✅ Got a Method? Let Us Know: If you know a great method others should try, tell us—we’re happy to include it in a future session.
Hosted by Johannes Schweig & Michael Martens as part of the ininin interactive workshop series.
